Just as we are talking about having the students back in school, the first thought that comes to any parents mind is the immunity of the child. Having said that, I spoke to a few parents as to what have they been doing to ensure that your child will be healthy when schools finally reopen.
One of the parent has added Zinc,Vitamin C., and ginger and honey to the diet of her 20year old daughter with moderate C.P. Another parent has added Fish oil and Vitamin C to her 13year old son also with moderate C.P.
This is great, however both of them also emphasized on the i)mportance of exposing them to the outside environment instead being in the house amongst the same people everyday. This will keep them stimulated as well as the immunity can be tested, since they are going to be in school hopefully very soon.
